Hospital Auxiliary makes a donation of $5000

Winston Medical Center Auxiliary gave a monetary donation of $5000 to assist in the purchase of equipment for the Winston Medical Center Nursing Home. The Winston Medical Center Nursing Home recently purchased two sit to stand lifts for the care of residents. “We thank the Auxilians for their many contributions and time that they put into our organization, stated Fran Misso, Director of Nurses.
“The countless hours these ladies volunteer and the money donated is greatly appreciated by all of the staff at Winston Medical Center.” “The lifts will enable our residents to be more mobile and will help provide them with the dignity they deserve,” stated Misso.
