Winston Medical Center recognized eight employees during the month of September for their commitment to customer service and professionalism. “We are proud of these employees who went above and beyond their job duties and received a “Thump It Up” card,” stated Lee McCall, CEO.
The “WMC Heartbeat” program is a customer service and employee recognition program. The program allows Department Directors, Administration, patients, and families an opportunity to recognize employees who excel at fulfilling the Winston Medical Center Mission and Vision.
Winston Medical Center will recognize employees monthly and annually based on submissions. “We have a great staff here at WMC. We want to let employees know they are appreciated and reward them when they go above and beyond,” stated Lee McCall CEO. “We also want our patients, residents, and families know that we are dedicated to not only meeting, but exceeding their expectations for service, compassion, and care.” stated McCall.
