Performance– Trey knows his job and does it to the best of his ability.

Accountability- He is always at work and has a great attitude. He never complains about his job.

Service– Trey is always willing to help out by helping others.

Stewardship– He does his job with pride and makes sure it is done right.

Integrity– Trey is honest and seems very sincere about his job at Winston Medical Center. He is always polite and greets you with a smile.

Teamwork- I worked with Trey a lot during the moving in of our new hospital. He was here from morning until we left at night. Trey never complained and was willing to help wherever he was needed.
