Winston Medical Center is seeking to hire a Director of Maintenance.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a management capacity in maintenance or plant operations; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use computer system.
• Knowledge and understanding of NFPA 101 and Life Safety Codes.
• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical functions and plant operations.
• Ability to maintain, identify, facilitate and resolve physical and mechanical plant operations.
